Please complete the Child Nutrition Eligibility and Education Benefits (CNEEB) form by Oct. 1. Only one per household is needed.

What is this important?
The CNEEB helps many families directly with benefits like fee waivers for school-related activities. Additionally, your child’s school may get additional resources for students. This form replaces the free and reduced meals application you may have seen in past years.

The CNEEB may reduce or eliminate fees for:

• Athletics participation and uniforms
• ASB
• Before and after school programs
• Classroom or library books
•  Musical instrument rentals
• Technology fines
• College applications or tests

It may also directly impact you or your school by:

• Determining eligibility for the College Bound scholarship, which is free public college tuition.
• Identifying which schools need additional staffing or resources
• Qualifying school or the school district for federal, state and local grants

Find the online application here; it should take about 5-7 minutes to complete. You can complete it on a phone or computer. You can choose to translate the application in your preferred language. Additional languages and printable copies can be found on our website.
